Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ISEENOW Tools — the free AI/Search Visibility Check and the paid Brand Signal Map (the “Services”) — operated by ISEENOW (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. What you get

Free Visibility Check

A free, single-run diagnostic of how your brand reads to AI assistants and AI-powered search. Results are stored on our infrastructure and accessible via the link we return. We may rate-limit free runs to prevent abuse.

Brand Signal Map ($150)

A one-time purchase of $150 USD includes:

• Up to three (3) full Brand Signal Map analyses ("runs") within a 60-day window starting at the time of purchase.
• An interactive web report for each run, accessible via a persistent URL.
• A downloadable PDF for each run.
• Customer email-based access to all reports purchased under the same email.

Unused runs expire at the end of the 60-day window and are not refundable.

2. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund window from the time of purchase, provided you have not yet completed your first analysis run. Once a single analysis run has been generated, the purchase is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.

If the Services fail to deliver a usable report due to a system error on our side, the run is not consumed from your allowance and you may retry. If repeated retries fail, contact us at hello@iseenow.agency for a full refund regardless of the 7-day window.

3. Acceptable use

• You must own or have permission to analyse the URL you submit.
• Do not use the Services to harass third parties, to harvest data at scale, or to circumvent rate limits.
• The Services are diagnostic. The output is generated by AI models and is provided “as-is” — it does not constitute legal, financial, or strategic advice.

4. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the URLs and content you submit. We retain ownership of the Brand Signal Map, the report templates, the scoring methodology, and any aggregated, anonymised data derived from usage.

5. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind. Scores, interpretations, and recommendations are produced by automated AI analysis and may contain errors or omissions. We make no guarantee of business outcomes from following any recommendation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Brand Signal Map purchase in question (up to $150 USD).

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
